Trevi 41 Hotel

Staff were amazing. Tiger at reception was brilliant. He booked are taxis, let us use the bathroom when we arrived as we arrived early morning so not able to check in. Left are luggage had a wonder came back and he let us check in early. Other hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful, Apartment was big and the bed was very comfortable. Great location for seeing the sights, lovely balcony to people watch. Staff cleaned the room everyday. Our apartment wasn’t attached to the hotel it was a 2 min walk away, but this wasn’t an issue at all. A few down sides, air conditioning wasn’t working, shower pressure was very low and on the last day there was no hot water, Room could do with redecorating as there is black mould around the window. When we complained Tiger was extremely apologetics and he reduced are bill. Overall it’s a great little hotel, we would definitely come back but ask for a different room.

I can say that the location of the hotel is ideal. Very close to the most important places in Rome or to the bus stop where a bus arrives every few moments. On the other hand, when it comes to the hotel service itself. I must say that the service was very nice. Especially the cleaning lady does a wonderful job. It really is very clean.

amazing location, very quiet despite being a 2 minute walk to the Trevi Fountain, and 10 minutes from the Pantheon. dozens of restaurants and shops just outside the door. Tiger (reception) was incredibly kind and helpful. Clean room, room safe, air conditioned, lovely bathroom.

The lobby was small but clean, and they held our lagguages when we arrived. The small size of the lobby for boutique hotels is very common in Rome. The room was very clean and well maintained. It is the same as presented in the picture. The room was always very clean with fresh towels every day, we were on the second floor with 2 nice big windows .Breakfast is really good, and we had a nice selection of items and served in the room as they dont have a breakfast area at the hotel. The receptionists were always very helpful and very polite. The location is top, 2 minutes away from Trevi Fountain. There are lots of restaurants and places to grab a quick sandwich or pizza. Really great location, 2 minutes walk to Trevi fountain, 5 min to Spanish steps. Safe area, clean room, comfortable bed, really lovely and helpful staff was available 24 hours. Nice to have mini fridge in room. They arranged taxi to airport in the morning which was so helpful and appreciated. Was great to be able to walk to all attractions including colosseum within 20-25 minutes. Unending restaurants, bars, supermarket, and shops within two minutes. I would recommend and stay here again.
